Refund policy
At VeroAmore, each cashmere sweater is handcrafted in Italy with the same devotion we bring to the pets we adore. Every piece is produced in small quantities using fine materials and traditional craftsmanship.
Due to the limited nature of our production, we do not offer refunds. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange & Store Credit Only
For hygiene and quality reasons, we only accept items that are in pristine, unused condition.
Our customers deserve a product that is truly new—never worn by another pet and free from any signs of use, including odors, stains, or pet hair.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

Unused and unworn: The item must show no signs of wear, stains, odors, or pet hair

Original condition: The product must be returned exactly as received

Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original VeroAmore packaging

Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt is required

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact us
Email us at customerservice@veroamore.pet with your order number and reason for exchange. Please specify the new size or style requested. -
Receive authorization
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. -
Ship your item
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RA number and proof of purchase, and ship it to the address provided.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

Items showing any signs of wear or use

Items returned without original packaging

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs -
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@veroamore.petWe will cover shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund for items that are faulty or not as described.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost, or store credit will be issued accordingly.
