Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges / Store Credit
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning an item for exchange or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@veroamore.pet.

We may request photographic evidence of the issue prior to approving the claim.

Upon verification, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund for items that are faulty or not as described.
